What are Gippy Penguins made from? Our penguins are lovingly handmade using high quality 100% Polyester yarn, safety eyes, polyester filling, and a whole lot of love! Each one is crafted carefully to ensure durability and cuddliness.
Are they safe for children and babies? Gippy Penguins are made with safety eyes that are securely attached, but as with all handmade items, we recommend supervision with young children under 3 years old.
Do you offer custom orders or personalised penguins? Yes! We love creating special penguins. You can request custom colours, accessories, or themed designs. Please contact us to chat about your ideas!

How do I place an order? You can place an order directly through our website or by messaging us through our social media pages. We’ll guide you through the simple process!
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfer. Payment details will be provided at checkout.

 

📦 Shipping & Local Pick-Up

Do you offer local pick-up? Yes! Local pick-up is available from Drouin, Victoria. However, we prefer pick-up at our market stalls when possible — it’s a great way to meet you and show off all the penguins!
Where is local pick-up available? Pick-up is available by arrangement in Drouin. We'll coordinate the best time once your order is ready.
Do you ship Australia-wide/internationally? Currently, we offer shipping Australia-wide. International shipping is available upon request — just send us a message for a personalised quote!
How long does it take for my order to ship? Ready-made penguins are shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the design — we'll always keep you updated!

 

🎪 Market Stalls

Where can I find you at markets? We attend local markets around Gippsland! Keep an eye on our social media or the "Markets" page for upcoming dates and locations.
Can I pre-order and pick up at a market? Yes, absolutely! We're happy to offer market pick-up for pre-orders. Please reach out to us directly to confirm which market you'd like to collect from. Once confirmed, we'll provide you with a special discount code to remove shipping costs at checkout.!

 

🔄 Returns & Care

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because each penguin is handmade, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we want you to love your penguin!
What if my penguin arrives damaged? If your penguin is damaged during shipping, please reach out within 48 hours with photos. We'll do our best to make it right!
How do I care for my Gippy Penguin? We recommend spot-cleaning your penguin with a damp cloth. If needed, gentle hand washing is okay — just reshape while damp and allow to air dry fully.

Can I wholesale or stock your penguins in my store? Yes! We’re always excited to partner with stores. Please contact us to discuss wholesale pricing and availability.
